Going alone with the SW plan

    Hi well I have survived my first week doing the SW plan and have managed to lose 4lbs so I am absolutely delighted.
    Finding original days much easier than Green days though

    I'm going it alone too.. had my first weigh in on Saturday and had also lost 4lbs. Keep up the good work. :)

    hi im going alone too

    hi all im going alone too but i cant get out of the habit of weighing myself everyday and i gained 2 lbs in an hour by sitting on the bed this was in a morning

    Oh dear!.. I weigh myself every morning and most nights too.. I know I shouldn't but I just can't stop myself. :rolleyes:

    Elaine - the answer is don't sit on the bed lol xx
    I am trying not to weigh myself everyday but feel I have too because I seem to be eating more than I ever did, even having left over chilli for breakfast! Whats that about ??
    Good luck to you all and lets hope we can support each other - maybe we are not going alone after all xxxx

    I'm another serial weigher, so can't judge, but the trick is not to let it dictate your mood/day. Weight fluctuations during a day and from day to day are normal, which is why the weekly WI is the best indicator.

    Well done on your 4lb loss :D
