Going out for dinner!

Mistyped that at first as going out for "sinner"!;)

Well I hope not, was going to be as good as I can be (eg low carb). OUt for hubby's birthday (usually we have a Chinese and some wine lol)

Its a small family run place, not sure what the options are for dinner, but I will try my best to be good. Have only had a soup today and copious amounts of water, tea, coffee and two cans of Coke Zero, so hopefully it will all pan out calories wise.

If options are limited, I may just have to be a sinner, and repent tomorrow!

Sneaky weigh in shows that I have lost a stone (official weigh in on Wednesday so we shall see:rolleyes:) OH has lost almost a stone and a half :D We are in it for the long haul, so one wee night off won't be the end of it. As long as we get back on to it tomorrow, it will be fine.

Won't let that old diet psychology spoil this for us.

Not drinking though, as we are both on the wagon for a while.

Well, I didn't start too bad: smoked salmon starter, spare ribs and coleslaw.

However had 3 onion rings and a small hot roll.

Caramel shortcake for pudding with a tiny bit of ice cream.

However, I only had one pack yesterday (very busy day, was out and about and had no time).

Today I have felt very bloated and yuk :( Haven't felt hungry at all though.

So again have only had one soup and loads of water.

Hopefully not done too much damage.
