Hi, so i am going to Greece in two weeks and we are self catered. I am really worried about what i am going to be able to eat to stay on plan. any advice would be great! xx
Self catering & Greece are a perfect combination!! Keep loads of lovely veggies and fruits as well as keep cooked meats on hand. Orzo is sold everywhere in restaurants too. It's should be very easy to stick to plan.
Hi Ashley, I have been advised to stick to anything tomato based. And Greeks are well known for fresh ingredients, great variety of fruits and vegetables.
