Nope but cardio isnt recommend on this diet... Your better doing toning exercises
I ve started walking (lots) and its really boosted my weight loss, I also go to keep fit once a week but I dont go mad and I do a keep fit dvd 2-3 times a week but I do the legs bums and tums bit and arms not the aerobic part. I want to loose weight and tone up but I dont want to push it on this low cal diet plus your body knows when you are doing too much.

i wouldnt say burn more than you are taking in otherwise your body could go into starvation mode. We are only taking in roughly 450cals a day.

Ill find the thread with some good advice and make sure you have a read :D
