Gona make a food diary to keep me on track

So ive decided to kick my own but and start sticking to this better than i am. So I thought a food diary might keep me on track and I promise i will put down everything that passes my lips lol.

So Monday this is what i had on extra easy.

2 Wholemeal bread 400g loaf with mashed banana
Homemade veg and lentil soup, apple
Turkey mince meat loaf, mince, cottage cheese, mushrooms,onions,sweetcorn,corgette & salad and home made coleslaw 2 syns
Tesco 2 person bread and butter pudding shared 12.5 syns

Syns 14.5
HExA SK milk
HExB Wholemeal bread


Tuesday i had.EE

Magic porridge, pineapple, blueberrys
Veg and lentil soup, banana
Leftover turkey meatloaf turned into bolognaise, pasata,corgette,onion,mushroom,carrot,oxo and wholemeal pasta

Syns 7 toblerone piece, sugar free gum, actimel ff

Wednesday EE

Magic porridge, blueberries, banana.
SW quiche, eggs, quark,cottage cheese , asparagus, onion, tomato,Linda McCartney sausage, mushrooms,potato.
Tea out and no choice on menu soggy chips, chicken in batter( I picked all the batter off) soggy old lettuce, tomato sauce. Pineapple.
