Hey guys
Been sliding off track the last few days so think I am gonna take some time out. Think I am soo wrapped up in trying to be focused that Im rebelling. So I wont be around for a few days as I think I need to forget all things food related so it may become less of an issue. Weighed in today and I have lost another 2lbs so down to 12 stone 5lbs from 14 stone 4 lbs so total loss 27lbs and I know that if I really go off track in the next couple of days I realisticly wont put on more than a couple of pounds and i can deal with that.
Will update the xmas thread and FBI when I return
