Good, free instructions for unequipped strength training?

Hey guys :)

Okay, so for the life of me I've got no proper idea of how to do sit ups, press ups etc. - I vaguely understand what you have to do, but whenever I do it, I feel like it's too easy and because it's too easy I'm doing it wrong (I am convinced I really am).

I can't really afford any equipment, maybe some weights but that's about it.

Any good resources? :)

Hi Vicky,

Not sure how you are getting on, it's been a couple of months since your first post?

Id recommend bodyweight exercises if you can't afford equipment or the gym, I've heard convict conditioning is a good plan to follow. However I'd say any exercise DVD such as jillian michaels or bob harper would also be a good start!
