Goodbye jiggly bits!

Day 3 of being back on it, though I know already the wkend is gonna be hard as I've two drinking sessions that I cant avoid...I'm aware I could avoid drinking but lets not be ridiculous.

Breakfast
Mixed fruit and muller light.

Lunch
HExB
toast, 1/2 HExA cheese
Apple
Banana

Dinner
Stir fry-1 breast of chicken, noodles, mushrooms, onion, pepper, sweetcorn, soy sauce.

Try to stick to spirits with diet coke or diet lemo and go have fun, I'm super jealous, I don't even remember the last time I went out for a drink, def more than 4yrs ago.
 
No. I WI from home. Im just a poor student, cant afford £5 a week just to get weighed
