Fab & Fit For Florida
So I have started today and as the title suggests I want to look fab for my holiday to Florida on 04/05/13.
Breakfast:
nutri-grain strawberry bar - 6.5 syns
Lunch:
noodles - free
beetroot & tomatoes - free
tuna - 2.5 syns
apple - free
Don't know what I am having for tea but I have also counted 350ml of skimmed milk as healthy extra so I can have cups of tea
This is a huge change for me as I am used to doing shakes so its going to take some planning & preparation to get things right I think
Hopefully I will get there
