Got a start date

Finally have a start date for LT. Having to wait for payday and then appointments. Busy! Will be getting my packs on the 23rd and starting the following day. Will be slowly reducing carbs etc. Im excited to start yet also slightly nervous. (i dont get into ketosis fully for about 6 days, yucky) Will be so worth it.

I have a week planned in August for visiting my mum in england. Wont have seen her since xmas, hoping she'll get a nice shock

Hoping to get to know all the newbies and a big hello to the ones who know me.
