I am going food shopping tomorrow as I have to get back on track below are my lunches and dinners that I have planned for the week ahead.

EE Sunday -
Lunch Jacket potatoe with beans
Dinner Roast Lamb with Veg.

Red Monday-
Lunch- Ham salad.
Dinner - SW Beef Cassrole and Veg.

Green Tuesday-
Lunch- Leek and potatoe bake (from slimming eats)
Dinner- Quorn Spag Bolognese.

EE Wednesday-
Lunch- Veg Soup
Dinner - Piri Piri Chicken salad and rice.

Green Thursday-
Lunch Leek and potatoe bake.
Dinner Chick pea Dahl and rice

EE Friday -
Lunch Veg Soup
Dinner Pork Stir Fry and Noodles.

Your diary looks great, and really varied too!

Chickpea Dahl and Jacket potatoes are my favourite speed meals ever !
And i love a good roast dinner ANY day of the week!!!

Thanks Katie, I hopefully I will stay on tack, I have a goal to reach target before my holiday in April.
 
I think I need to plan ahead like you- sounds good!! :)
 
Like the look of your menu might look up the piri piri chicken and have you got the recipe for a chick pea dahl or do you use the asda one?

Need to plan ahead to for keeping on track and economising...finding it hard today though :sigh:

Hi Emsie, I use the asda chick pea dahl I love it its great.

That is how I felt but I told myself enough is enough I need to see on track.
