Green and white meal

Hi all,

I think I may have messed up a bit:(.
Instead of the chicken and veg, I've benn snacking on veg throughout the day. It's my first day and I've had veg that has amounted up to 70 calories consisting of cauliflower and broccoli. Have I messed up?

You haven't stuck to plan, but don't be too dispondant, they are low carb, so you may be ok. Just stick to plan from now on in. :)

If in doubt get the scales out! ;) there are weights for all green and white in the book. :D

Well done for completing day one! :)
