Yeah I'm meant to get plenty of fibre and my gp says its a good thing. But its been a nightmare this week!

Keeping at it. . Let work know I'm having trouble so I don't get grief over toilet breaks! !

Wheetabix mini & almond milk
Coffee & hifi

Planning on tofu salad for lunch
Snack orange & vanilla alpro
 
Hello...remember me? Had a not if a nightmare with my asthma and steroids, but now back in it as of yesterday and pleased to note I haven't put a single pound on!!!

Breakfast: Tomato and cheese omelette.

Lunch: HEXB wholemeal roll with HEXB Goats cheese and basil; potato salad with spring onion; cous cous salad with roasted vegetables; strawberries; plum; ladybird cupcake. (7 Syns)

Snack: Peach.

Dinner: Loyd Grossman balti sauce (1/3 watered down) with rice. (6 Syns)

Snack: Pimms with diet lemonade and strawberries.
