Yesterdays food diary
Breakfast: 2 fried eggs,onions, mushrooms& beans...tea
Snack: strawberries, melon, mullerlight
Lunch:spuds and veg
Snack : tea with digestive biscuit (3syns)
Tea: slimming world Cajun chips, onions and mushy peas...
Good so far, hope today is as good!;-)
