    im sure i ate something that had sins in but cant remember now...hum will add 5 just incase.

    b-weetabix,(hexb)pear,yoghurt,milk(hexa)
    l-chinese veg and rice stir fry, quorn mince.
    d-quorn stew, rice(1.5)
    mango brulee(3)
    mango
    options hot choc (2)

    wed:
    b-porridge,banana(hexb)
    l-potatoe,mushy peas,boiled eggs.
    x2 alpen light bars(hexb)
    mullerlight
    d-rice,tofu veg
    x2 sweets (4)

    thur
    b-porridge, banana(heb)
    l-sweet potatoe, beans salad, dairylea extra light triangles x2, salad
    snack-hot choc(2)mocha(4)
    milk(hexa)
    dinner-omlette mushrooms,tomatoes, bit of cheese.
    used other hexb on cheese throughout day.
