Green tea .. what does it taste like ?

Alot of people often use freshly boiled water with green tea which is what makes it bitter. Green tea should not be made the same way black tea is as it burns the leaves. You should put aleast a third of cold/cool water in the bottom of the cup and then add the boiling water and tea bag, leave to brew for a minute or two and it will never taste bitter xx

thats how i make mine, tastes much nicer.
if ive gone to a cafe and ordered a pot of green tea i always get a bottle of water too so i can get it how i like it

Also use tetly green tea with Lemon and use 1 sweetner, its really nice xxx

Thought we were not allowed Lemon, as the citric acid knocks you out of Ketosis?

I was looking for an answer re TWINNING’S Green Tea as has 0.2g Carbohydrate (of which sugars = trace). 1cal per 100ml. Is it allowed on SS?
