Do Over
Does anyone know if green tea counts towards water intake or is it like coffee... an addition to your 2.25l?

Hey,
Maybe try the water flavourings, though I'm not sure if that counts to your water intake xx

thanks sbridge. Gonna get some tomorrow at my wi

The book says:

You must drink at least 2.25 litres (4 pints) of fluids which can include:
*Plain water
*Tea or Coffee - if on Option 1 you can use your milk allowance to whiten your drink, but still no sugar (only tablet sweetner may be used)
*Herbal Tea (from leaf not fruit/flower)
*Cambridge Drink Flavourings (after the first two weeks).

So yes tea and coffee counts towards your fluid intake for the day and yes you can have green tea xx ;)

WHOO HOO I've done so much fluid over the past 11 days then! Thanks wabbit

Has anyone tried Clipper White Tea? It's lovely!

Iced tea is lovely too made with a 1/2 tsp orange water flavouring. Mmmm.....yummy!

What does white tea taste like?I love green and mint.. but white, ive never come across. I'M getting bored with plain old water, plain old black tea and coffee! :) I have taken to saving my daily coffee to have with a shake-vinilla,chocolate,cappaccino, even toffee and walnut and butterscotch it's ok with! i miss my milk! :D

White tea is gorgeous... I posted a thread on it a while back and it's benefits! Search the forum for white tea xx
