Green Tea

Can anyone tell me whether its ok to drink Liptons Green tea with oriental spices in - had a small cup today and it was lovely.

Lost 4lb this week and 4 1/2 inches - have now lost 1 stone 1lb in 2 weeks. :happy036:

It would depend on what the spices are, but I would think it would be ok.
