Green tea

Hi every one just wondered if i am doing right drinking green tea i am on day 4 ss and doing ok not cheated but just started thinking am i allowed green tea normal tea without milk makes me:cry:

you can have normal green tea (not the lemon version)....you can have any 'leaf' tea.

oh thats good thanks oes this count towards my total water intake too?

I was told it didn't count towards water intake but personally I don't understand why. I have tea so weak it's hardly worth using a tea bag - no milk or sugar. I also drink about 2 litres of the stuff every day.
