Greggs ...

I was out and about with the kids yesterday as a last minute decision so had no time to plan ahead for lunch & snacks.

We ended up at Greggs after a wee hour or so of swimming and I took the Ploughmans Oval Bite. I looked it up on syns online when I got home. It recognised Greggs as a manufacturer but I couldnt find any of the oval bite servings on the results.

Does anyone know how many syns would have been in it? It was a seeded ovalbite brown roll, with pickle, two slices of mature cheese and salad???
