Ground linseed/fkax seed - which supermarket?

I'm actually a little scared about trying these tonight! I BET I don't like them... which will be a real shame as I'd love something quick like this for breakfast.

mets - i didnt like the texture. thought i was gonna be sick :S i think i have got my mind set off bread that i dont want to eat anything similar lol. I might try again sometime.

What's the texture like then? Is it wet? I've got an idea in my head about the texture but it's not like bread...
 
its like a muffin really. lol :D not like bread but more mushy

I was thinking that I will make one, then toast it and have with a little marmite. But I'll break a little bit off and try it plain too.

Try the cocoa ones or ginger, with some cream cheese mixed with splenda, its like having cake!!

Just remember baking powder not bicarb!
 
the thought of cream cheese with sugar on is sooo wrong lol
