It's okay, I think i put on a couple in the past two weeks too, so I've been avoiding the scales for a bit... Just refocus yourself and try to keep motivated. I know it feels like you're going backwards, but 1 lb isn't the end of the world, so don't beat yourself up over it.
it is disheartening to put back on even an ounce when you trying to lose weight, but it probably happens to everyone at sometime. life's a sod like that. But up yer get and onwards ya go. you'll get there. x
