I just been to WI and I knew Id had a bad week. Im having an ME flare and I messed up my saved syns this week. Silly things like staying at my parents for the weekend Mum said tea would be new potato, veg and salmon so I didnt allow any syns only to find it swimming in butter. The next day she said was bacon buttys for lunch but changed it to pizza and garlic bread. So I was way over syns and have put on 1lb.
So thats
week 1 lose 3
week 2 lose 1
week 3 gain 1

Overall still a loss but Im having trouble being motviated for the next week.
Im telling myself this week is over start again and plan from tomorrow.

Ahh well

Thanks Kristin.
Taking it one meal at a time is a really good idea. Its amazing how much damage I can do when I have a oh Ive blown it I might as well eat ....... and start again tomorrow day lol
