Managed to stay low on the syns yesterday but I did eat way too much at dinner time so I think that could affect my loss this week. Weighing in tonight so...

I ate everything this weekend! 5 days off and HUNDREDS of syns eaten / drunk. Definitely will see a gain later but I'm back on it today with an SP day (did one yesterday too).

Well, it happened. I gained 2.5lbs. Hey ho, back to it properly today! 3 SP days this week - Thursday, Saturday and Monday. Today...

Yesterday was good, no healthy extras as I was going to have them with dinner but there was a last-minute change in dinner plans so couldn't fit them in. Was too full to eat them after dinner so thought it's better to just leave them than force myself to eat them :) Today...
