My walk today was EVENTFUL. I normally don't see many people, as I go out really early, but today there was almost a fist fight! No idea what it was about. I gave them a wide berth and carried on speed walking--a bit faster than usual. Not a welcome change from the usual batch of elderly dog walkers!

Food has gone to plan, though:
Breakfast: eggs, lemon yogurt, banana, chocolate
Lunch: leftover spring vegetable minestrone
Snacks: sugar snap peas, apple, another banana with some peanut butter, and a few fizzy flying saucers.
Dinner: mushroom stroganoff + pasta. Mushroom night was delayed this week!

Mushroom night is the best night! :D

Going to be unable to update for a few days, as I'll be at the in-laws'. Fingers crossed I am able to get my 10k steps in!

Food for today:
Breakfast: egg and mushroom and goat cheese wrap, banana, chocolate
Lunch: didn't really have lunch, as I was still full!
Snack: yogurt, apple, sugar snap peas
Dinner: Quorn chorizo, spinach and pea frittata.
