there is an article in it asking for people who are forty next year to write in and possibly be featured in the birthday issue.

i have just done a letter and it is in the envelope ready to post!!!!

i don't honestly think i'll get in, tho i won't be at goal or anything like that and i only lost 24lb so far so it all depends when they do it really
