Hi all,

After losing tons of weight on cambridge last year, i've managed to fall off the wagon and put most of it back on.

I tried exante earlier this year but found i was so much hungrier than on cambridge i ended up giving in and eating.

Can i just check......would men have the same number of products as women? As a guy on cambridge, i was having 4 products on the sole source, but on exante i was having three?

Can anyone confirm if i'm doing it right? I'm aiming to start it again this weekend after a visit to hard rock cafe!

Yeah I had 3 Exante products aswell and it worked a treat, you was doing it right

Exante say that if you need a 4th pack you can have one, so rather than caving in and then undoing all your hard work, try having a 4th pack and see how it goes.

I agree with Aaron. Try having 4 packs instead of 3 and see how you get on. You'll probably find it easier to have 3 once your in ketosis x
