Gym Advice Please :)

Hi Everyone!

I was wondering if any one could give me some advice.

I started the gym 3 weeks ago. I'm there for 6.30am 6 times a week.

When i am there I usually burn about 450 calories (usually a few more on a weekend as i have more time) can anyone tell me if this is enough?

I am on 29pp per days and usually use about half of my weeklies but some weeks i use them all.

I'm starting to get fed up after just 3 weeks especially since i've only been loosing a pound a week since i started the gym.

Can anyone give me some advice? I'm feeling really uninspired and demotivated at the moment :(
