Hi all, how's it going? Hope you're all going well and having a great weekend so far, and its not too flooded/rainy/miserable like it is here!
I've been having second thoughts of joining the gym recently. 1) I can't really be bothered. 2) Its finding time I work 40+ hours a week and I know that isn't much as appose to others, but it tires me lol. 3) Money!
CD is obviously like the quickest way to lose weight does the gym really help THAT much? I know I could do with exercise, but at the moment with money restraints etc joining is now at the back of the mind whereas before I couldn't wait to just get stuck in. Its making me feel guilty.
Many people who've lost all their weight on CD without going to a gym?
Lose skin worries me.
