Had hunger pangs today

For some reason I have felt really hungry today, I was starving only a couple of hours after my breakfast. I ended up having a salad bowl from the cart in Sainsburys, hope it wasn't too bad, although I did put in some pasta, and I had a bowl of fruit salad.

One good thing though, I was still feeling the munchies a while later and was going to eat a packet of crisps I had in the car. Fortunately I checked first and saw 158 cals and 8.8g fat - so didn't succumb.

So far, I haven't been feeling hungry and was doing OK, but it hit me today - 3 weeks in.

you did very well. Keep yourself busy, drink water, clean your teeth anything to help stop the munchies.

Well done for not succumbing to the crisps though.
