My meals are all yummy but naughty, they include a full Xmas dinner with all the trimmings, a roasted belly of pork, Yule log, pate......and masses more!!
 
Off to reading tonight for a 4 course dinner dance with my family, I'm really looking forward to it. Double celebrations as my sister finished her radiotherapy yesterday so she's through the majority of her cancer treatment and that's a massive reason to get our glad rags on and have a good boogey :)
I've had 3/4 of my Xmas celebration meals now (excluding the proper Xmas) so this is my last bad day before Xmas eve. Looking forward to healthy food tomorrow, feeling like I have a major food baby growing!!!

Was poorly yesterday so I didn't eat until the evening when I had some SW chips and an Alpen light, hungry today.

December resulted in 6.5lbs gain and this week I lost 4lbs so hoping I can shift the rest this week.

L: snack pot pasta, 2 ryvita with 35g elp
D: lamb, savoury rice and large salad
Snacks: solero (4.5) yog fruit

Fabulous day yesterday, went to Birmingham with my mum and Sis to see the strictly come dancing tour. Went for dinner in pizza express and had a tuna nicoise salad with no dressing and at the arena I had a jacket potato with cheese an beans followed by some fruit as a snack. Watching those stunningly beautiful ladies dancing with their amazing figures just made me even more determined not to cheat and to have the 100% week that I promised myself I would :0)

Just made an apple betty but substituted the vanilla muller light for onken apple and mango, it's not as nice. Should know better then to try and tweak recipes :(
I'll still eat it though, didn't add any sultana so it's free :)
