I know this is ok, but it's day one and I really didn't want to go over because of my 'holiday' which starts tomorrow for a week! However, I'm blaming being a woman and my TOTM because I cannot seem to get rid of my hunger - is it hormones or is it just in my head?? I take the pill & only take a break every 3 packs, which is 9 weeks, so I can't remember what it's like each time!! Also last time I was just feeding my face! Oh dear....already feeling plumper !

Anyway....apart from being stick on a train for an hour longer than I'd want, today has been ok. Pretty manic, but defo not as hungry as the last 2 days. Excited to be nearly on my holiday, only 1hr on another train & I'm there!!

Will try & keep activity up, but already at 23pp today! And I chose healthy chicken & brown rice for lunch, had a beer too & crumpets for brekkie...oh dear! Out for dinner & drinks tonight, so that's my 35 gone already. Dinner at my bros tomorrow, roast at my dads Sunday, lunch with girls Monday, dinner with other bro, lunch with sis-in-law tuesday, dinner with other girls tuesday.....that's a lot of activity !

Ah well it is a holiday :D
 
So tired, been so naughty, weighing in a day late tomorrow....defo going to be a gain!! I haven't just been eating crap though, plenty of veg, protein & complex carbs, shame about the refined carbs, full fat dairy & booze!!! Still this week was always going to be a write off.

The question is what to do about my allowance...I could change weigh in day to Thursdays in general, but I'm not sure that'll work as I usually need a couple of spare points for Wednesdays at uni!! I think I will do a 'cheat'?? I'll start a fresh tomorrow, totally ignore today, have a 6 day week & have 42 allowance for my weeklies....still going to be tricky, late burns supper this weekend, will have to load up on veg & do a low pp pudding......any ideas???
 
Well I forgot to weigh this morning, too busy hanging washing out....then when I got to work my shoes have gone missing...crazy! We have to wear black shoes so I'm hoping they've just been borrowed...but there's nearly 200 people here so they'll be hard to track down...so I'm working in my converse, very comfy but not very professional looking!!

Good as gold today - well that's the aim!!

So I'm back on track, woo hoo! Finally not feeling so tired, being back in my own bed with my hot water bottle (hubby) makes all the difference :) Good day at work other than the loss of a pair of shoes (!) but considering its supermarket dull work it can be a real giggle - it's all about the people you work with! Uni last night so excited about that, loads of DIY in the house, so it's all go go go in a really positive way - life is good :D
