ProPoints Hannah's not sure what she's doing anymore...

70pp in a day - well that sure ain't healthy!!

All 'educated' (?!) guesses I'm afraid :D

B - cereal with yoghurt, bread with a little cheese, ham & pâté - 14pp
S - 2 biscuits (because I needed them!) - 2pp
Tea - fruit scone, cream & jam, crisps & salsa - 15pp
D - venison shank with dauphinoise potatoes (only had half the meat, so rich, but lovely & quite a small portion (but enough) of potato), ice cream (2 scoops), 3 glasses of wine (probably an over-estimate for once!) - 39pp

Total - 70/35 - could have it all wrong, but too late now, what's done is done, it's in ma belly!!
Weeklies - 35/35 left - 0 left
AP - 3 walking

Lovely day good food & company, well worth it :p

No idea of the damage today...pancakes for brekkie, soup, bread, ham & pâté for lunch, spag bol for dinner, chocolate cake, creme egg & wine for afters!! Probably about 50pp...so that's half of my ap gone. Still only 2 days left of this week, then another fresh start on Wednesday - broken record!!!

I had a great weekend with the in-laws, one minor mishap with my husband being totally uncommunicative with me which really p*****d me off & made me look a total tool in front of his folks. I tried to make him understand how difficult it is for me not speaking the same language & therefore lots of things passing me by, so him ignoring/disregarding me is not helpful especially when I've just done breakfast & want to make sure we have something decent for lunch before taking them to the airport ...grrr! Rant over!! I know - petty, but mostly I'm embarrassed by my obvious annoyance at him in front of his parents, it makes me look like a petulant child....on a better note - it was really fun all in all & we had a lot of laughs. Only now I feel sad that they've gone & it's back to the grindstone tomorrow. That is possibly why I'm still up drinking wine & posting instead of going to bed - one more glass won't hurt surely??! Bad Hannah :)

Hi,
i halved been really into reading your diary.... Relates to me a lot! Helping me through my first week at ww
be very keen to be part of this diary
thanks xx

Glad to be of help!! I find WW great - I think it's the fact that I can still drink on it (I'm not an alcoholic I promise....but I do love it!!) Good luck this week - it will take over your life for a while but in a good way :D

Yeah it already has.... a love good drink a use my whole weekly points for a good drink on a fri ha?! A had a guilty weekend though cauee a didwell but consumed my weekly points. Is it wise to use your weekly points for good weightloss outcome?? You have done really really well. Do you go to a meeting or just do it yourself?? I pay monthly as I love the app. Helps sooo much?! Has everything on n easy to track. Whats your eating plans today?
Mines
Numerous cups of tea 2pp for milk
yogurt and banana 2pp
Prawn and marie rose salad 7pp
And I am struggling what to have for dinner......
Xx

Oh yes I always have all my weeklies & this week all my APs & then some - possibly why the scales are hovering between a half pound & a pound gain (I was on them 4 times!)!! I'm reading it as a 1lb gain no point kidding myself!! The gain isn't bad considering I followed maintenance till Saturday then pleased myself - so I'm not giving myself a hard time, but I do need to shift this gain. Otherwise I'm be another pound next week & so on till its 10lbs & I'm back where I started!!

I've been feeling a bit ropey these last few days, so not been exercising either - oops. I took my measurements & found a chart from this time last year - I'm the same if not a bit chubbier in places but I weigh less - goes to show I need to tone !

Right I'm off to do the rounds on minimims then I'm dragging my a*** out of bed as things to do before I have to go out :)

Sorry Stacey I didn't reply fully - with regards to weeklies, people have different strategies. Personally I use them all & don't have a problem - only if I go over :D However, some people find they can't eat all of theirs & see good losses on the scales....I'm happy with 1lb losses, so may be that's why! I think the points are there to be consumed & should be & I also think that sometimes limiting ourselves to a low intake can slow down loss & eating more (within reason) will increase it. I would never go for a very low calorie diet (or low one for that matter!) - I always had about 1500 on calorie counting & still lost...

I used to go to meetings but do it online now - the resources on line are great. I also love meetings as its easier to get your hands on stuff, like fruities & those chocolate toffee bars in the purple box (yum!!). Are you at meetings? When's your weigh in day? How's it been going? :)

It's very good considering!! I count points as there's too much stuff I like that's off the list - although I may try a couple if days a week SF just to keep healthy :) I'm feeling in a bit blue to be honest, I woke up Sunday feeling it & can't seem to shift it. I'm due my period next week so it could be hormonal, but my current pill has been stopping that so it could just be one of those weeks! The snow outside isn't helping either, especially as I've got to get the train home at 9pm tonight & if it keeps coming down it could b****r up the trains, hope not!!!

Aww sorry you are feeling down. I think it seem to be going round, I was in bad form last week. Hope the snow stops and you get home save sound and quickly.

I find simply filling great for maintaining, but then again I do cook alot, guess it would be difficult if I didn't. xx

Here to subscribe! Sounds like you're doing well (and your meal out with your in-laws sounds LUSH) :) x

Thanks :D Struggling to find my mojo right now, just went totally unnecessarily over points - really want to keep below my maintenance of 35 when I can - it would seem today was not the day!!

I had a plan today, beans on toast late, tuna salad for lunch & dinner on the train home....

B - small pot yoghurt early followed by beans with sausages (wrong tin - oops) on toast - 10pp
L - tuna salad, apple oh yes & some maltesers (double oops) - 8pp
Sn - banana, half my ham wrap - 4pp
D - soup in thermos was only lukewarm so didn't have it, so other half if wrap & quavers....then because if the wait at the station cocktail sausages - 12pp
S - tea & curly wurly - as if I needed it :) - 3pp

Total - 37/35
Weeklies used - 2/49, 47 left
AP - 2pp - pedometer (1) & cycling (1)

The shame if it is that I just didn't need all that c**p - the sausages in the tin (a mistake but still), maltesers & cocktail sausages - that's 14pp - I should've gone to wetherspoons for some dinner!!

Steak, potatoes, salad, wine and gorgeous looking choccie puds :p Working the 'late' shift Saturday so points should be ok then, just need enough left over for Sunday then !!

CONGRATULATIONS - how exciting, so happy for you & you now have a real thing to aim for with regards to weight loss - a wedding dress :) Are you just riding high on the joy of engagement or are you talking dates yet???? Wish I could have my wedding all over again!

It's a shame you didn't get a loss - did you use more than your weekly allowance? Have you just started the plan? Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks to adjust to it & you may see a loss over the next couple of weeks, fingers crossed!! I like your plan to just drink your weeklies - good effort :p

I'm not the best person to ask about parties, I usually drink to much & then stuff my face! Maybe take this weekend if celebrations off & start again on Monday? New weigh in day new start???!
