Just had a wee hoke at my book and saw how good some of the takeout stuff is, yay! Gonna hit the indian this weekend. Love vindaloo and its quite low on red/ee :O Bitta rice and a wee cheeky naan or poppudom! :) Loving the 2 sets of healthy extras on red and green so I might just stick with it from now on.. just a matter of knowing whether I feel like carbs or meat =P

Hi hannata, just being nosey at your food diary. I used to do ee, but do throw in green days every now and then, can't get to grips with red I don't eat lots of meat. Diary looks good to me . Hope you enjoyed your Indian x
