    Hello everyone! Started slimming world this week! If anyones reading please feel free to set me straight if I'm getting anything wrong! I started on wednesday evening, so i've got a bit of typing to do ha ha

    Thursday 24th - Red Day

    Breakfast - Porridge
    OSS sachet - HeB1
    banana - free
    Milk 250 ml semi - HeA1

    Lunch - Scrambled Eggs
    Eggs - free
    fruit for afters - free

    Dinner - Fry Up
    2 sausages - 2 syns
    burger - free
    Mushrooms - free
    spraylite fried egg - free
    2 slices wholemeal bread - HeB2
    CBITNB Light 25g 4.5 syns

    6.5 syns total

    // 98.5 left

    Friday 25th - Green Day

    Breakfast
    2 x Shape 0% melon - 1 syn
    banana - free

    Lunch
    Low fat super noodles - free
    71g phili light - HeA1
    Grapes - free

    Dinner
    42g All bran - heB1
    250ml semi - heA2

    Supper
    Potatoes - free
    remaining phili from healthy extra

    Snacks
    2 x Alpen Light choc and Fudge - heB2
    weightwatchers fruity wine mini bottle - 6 syns

    Just had a wee hoke at my book and saw how good some of the takeout stuff is, yay! Gonna hit the indian this weekend. Love vindaloo and its quite low on red/ee :O Bitta rice and a wee cheeky naan or poppudom! :) Loving the 2 sets of healthy extras on red and green so I might just stick with it from now on.. just a matter of knowing whether I feel like carbs or meat =P

    Remainder = 73 syns

    I'm being a bit naughty and not having...well any... superfree =P

    Hi hannata, just being nosey at your food diary. I used to do ee, but do throw in green days every now and then, can't get to grips with red I don't eat lots of meat. Diary looks good to me . Hope you enjoyed your Indian x
