No problem and thanks all for the support, much appreciated!!!

Was in scouting for DD goodies!!!

Knorr Chicken noodle soup (43 cals for a quarter pack)
WW herb and onion crackers (74 cals per wrap of 4 crackers)
No drain tuna - small tins - (68 cals each)
WW hot chocolate drink sachets (40 cals each)
2 different types of ww bread (approx 50 cals per slice)
 
Well done on the loss Han. Wooo...passed the stone mark now. Great going! :)

I had a write off weekend, but i'm holding faith that I didn't actually put this weight on in true fat lol. I have had a bit of diarrhoea lately and haven't been going to the toilet significantly so I reckon i'm just bunged up.... fingers crossed that I get the magic whooshie fairy for tomorrow morning lol

Aye, they must really make you think of new and exciting ways to get a nice meals with very few callories. Sounds quite enjoyable that aspect of it really. :)
