i had a bacon and egg sandwich, some potato wedges with sour cream and cheese, some chocolate (not much) chicken balti with nann bread, i only ate about half of it though, oh and poppadoms. i had a very small glass of blue wkd 2. thats everything.
a little more than id planned but im happy with that. being strict now until target.
just had my second shake and feeling good.
