Just wanted to say hi to everyone.....it's nice to have so many people back, it's been dead quiet on here for the last few weeks so I've been 'hanging out' with my lovely new mates on Maintenance!
I'm not going to be doing tfr due to health reasons and also cos I only really want to lose the last 10lbs but that doesn't mean that I don't sympathise with what you're all going through, particularly those of you that have already lost loads first time around!
LT does work but, bloody hell, is it hard work.....

I'm sure it's going to motivate me through the first difficult stages into ketosis and then onwards from there too. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for all the support and a Happy New Year to all
