Thanks for that. Weekends are certainly harder than Monday-Fridays. Work seems to keep the temptation away - and the fact I have no food shops near work!

Keep with it! I started nearly 3 weeks ago on 100% and it becomes easier and easier. Think of summer and feeling fab!

I'm on a restart, I really need to stay focused!

I've really been struggling to stay on track, since christmas, I lose a couple of lbs, put a lb back on, sts then lose a couple of lbs. I think that maybe its because I'm quite close to goal, I keep picking at food while cooking for the family, nothing major, no massive blow outs but obviously enough to knock me out of ketosis and slow my weight loss right down.

heres to a cheat free sunday. oh is making the meal for the family, so I've no excuses today

I just weighed myself, I've lost 6lb this week, that 28lb in just under 4 weeks.

That will keep me happy this Sunday

I actually LOVE Sundays ! Its my weigh in day, and today I`ve lost another 3.5lbs of fat !!

Today is the start of wk 6! and I can`t believe I`ve actually stuck to a diet for more than 5 weeks !! It does get easier as the weeks go by, and I find the support on the forum has been an absolute godsend !!

Good luck with the weigh in Diddums.

I don't mind Sunday too much-although the smell of the roast dinner is wafting in here. When it's dished up I go upstairs for a lovely shower so I don't have to watch them eating it! I come down feeling lovely and the dinner is gone!

Hope the wi went well!!
I am struggling to get back into ketosis after I cheated on wednesday, first time I have done that on cd and hopefully I won't do it again!!! Day 4 back on and I am still not in ketosis, apparently when you don't eat much it takes longer to get back into ketosis, which means that if I do cheat again I will be eating for a few days!!! :) joke!

I really want to not be hungry, but I am finding it hard as I have been starving for three days and feel like I could eat my arm sometimes. So here's to a 100% sunday!

I am following ss+ and always do the family a roast so I enjoy some chicken and veggies with them without feeling left out haha

This is day 7 I think of my re-start going very strong yippeee
