Well, after sticking to my guns, and starting back on track, pleased to say i lost 2lb so back to 16st 5. Got some new digtal kitchen scales yesteray, would you believe 7.99 from argos!!!!(lov e me bargins. I'm planing a truly 100% week next week. Hope everyone has a good week.

I have to get some digital scales too, we have a lovely set of old iron kitchen scales, which is fine if you need to measure something in 20's or 100g's but a bit of a bugger for anything else! Lol

thats great, well done. I have wanted some weightwatchers kitchen scales but thought they were a bit expensive but they are half price at the moment so i treated myself and bought some and they are well worth buying,i have not stopped using them yet

bought some electronic add and weight scales from tesco.... £12. And they're brilliant.
