Harcombe Diet ......what are we eating today?

You're welcome

Just a thought - have you tried the greek yog recently, cos I bet as your tastes change and you'll go off sweet things I wouldn't mind betting you'd find Muller's too sweet & the greek lovely and creamy and not so sour - might be a worth a try :D

Karen it doesn't have to be the low fat 0% Greek yog. Get the full fat version it tastes like double cream. All the supermarkets do their own label as well. How was the pork crackling?

Finally made the BNS curry last night, yum, yum & double yum - even hubby who was very wary of having a vegetarian meal enjoyed it. Took forever to make though, I think next time I'll just add the BNS to the curry and cook the other veg separate - you need a huge pan to cook it all in too - but worth it, was very nice and we've both got a big helping left over for lunch today.

rest of menu:

B - bacon, eggs & tomatoes
L - BNS curry
D - Pork chops and veggies
S - NLY - love this stuff, lifesaver

I have to say my appetite is hugely reduced which is a first for me as i'm a greedy cow! Also i have no craving or inclination for any food outside of the plan. I'm rather shocked! lol.

Also have zero bloating which is rare for me when eating normal food.... it's alllllll good!

Good to hear how well you're sounding and doing on the diet - keep it up in Brum & don't forget to wave to me when you're there as I'm only down the road (well about 30 mins away :p)

  • Salad sandwich with wholemeal bread, no spread
  • Wholewheat pasta with tinned tomatoes and basil
