Set maybe 1500 kcal's a day? Toast? Porridge? Bran flakes with low fat yoghurt and a banana is only 219kcals? Lunch could be salad wraps or tinned soup and a pitta or Warburtons thin and tea could be anything as long as kcal's are low. Try 300kcals breakfast and lunch then that would leave a decent amount for a main meal xxx

today I had tesco's bar for breakfast then pasta carbonara for lunch. Now soup for dinner. I am thinking to drink vanilla shaka at 2am. That time is tricky. When everyone is eating in cafe. Hate doing nights :-(

800 calories will do for me I think.

We had a good day yesterday
I had only I shot to celebrate our anniversary :eek:
How strange isn't it, I think I am learning to enjoy without food and drink.
Which is a positive step towards my goal
I had little meal last night 1300 cals a day:confused:
Never mind I am back on plan again
today porridge for breakfast, soup for lunch, shake at night and soup again at midnight... sadly I am working tonight.

Hmmmmm bad news I was so good yesterday I had only veg soup before work.
200cal in my tummy and I was working like headless chicken.
BY 2am I was extremely hungry. I had chips with beans from our staff café.
This morning when I came home I had 2 chicken drumsticks off skin and two toast.
I am feeling really bad today. there was no need for that.
Today I will make sure that I have two packs before work.
