But this training is very tiring and hardly get time for myself :(

Harry it is difficult. But its not forever. You are finding this werk an extra strain because you are out of your normal routine. If you can do it this week, you will sail through any normal week.
Keep plodding away Harry and the weight loss WILL follow:)

Now everyone is tucking someone's birthday cake. Coke, costa, crisps, sweets chocolate. Its like food porn.
Honestly I am not liking it.
Tomorrow its someone elses birthday.
Goodness gracious me. Lol.
I am hiding myself in ladies and typing all this. I think I will drink wine tonight and I will enjoy tomorrow's birthday bash. Lets see how it goes. I will update later.
 
Temptation is a terrible thing but a very small glass of wine should be ok. You do not want to feel deprived because then the temptation is to go nuts!!!

he main thing about losing weight is being in control. If you choose to have wine, or cake, that is up to you - as long as you are controlling the food/wine and not letting it control you. Have what you want if you choose it, accept it will impact on your weight loss and move on with the rest of your plan. You can do it - :)
 
I agree. Sure, it will set you back for next WI results but it is always up to you. Aslong as you accept now that you may STS on WI but still think thats ok, then do it! decide now that you will not feel bad about it, you know you will gain but then back on plan you will lose it, and probably even out so no damage but no success, for one week. feel good about it and choose, knowing you must not punish yourself the morning after :)

when I go away I Might choose to have a drink and im not ruling anything out because i dont know what will be going on until im there, one things for sure though i will do what i like if i will enjoy it, but I have already been telling myself to expect around a 5lb gain on my return so I won't be feeling bad about a thing on my little hols and know the following week will be as usual and a good one on plan :)

If you feel like a night off to have some fun and wine then make sure you have a bloody good time! Back on plan the next day no looking back, next week can continue the shrinkage as normal xx
 
Harry you are doing so well this week with all that temptation around you I don't think I could be that strong but one thing is for sure if you get through this week you really will get through any week keep strong X
