I walked 3 miles in 50 minutes and I'm not happy about it.
No more alcohol till my race for life.
I need to practice for my run. NO ENERGY TODAY :sign0007: I feel very tired and sluggish. Early night for me.

I had two packs of porridge till now. Not hungry at all but I will eat salmon with steamed veg tonight.

I'd be happy with any exercise- you did it- that's the main thing :D

I really want to try salmon. Never really had fish apart from tinned tuna, tinned salmon and scampi! HA!

I used to hate fish but now I am turning into a health freak. Lol hope it lasts forever.The
only fish I used to like was cod with chips yum. Not any more.
 
Fish and chips - delicious! with mushy peas.... Not as nice as the exante mushroom soup with garlic, black pepper and chilli, which I had for tea. No competition! If I keep saying it I'll start believing!
 
Harry...exercise is good you have done really well getting out and doing 50 mins.

they are millions of people out there that do nothing, zero, nil exercise. Be proud of what you did and have a big :)

Harry, you abd I have certainly been separated at birth !!
Im the same. Off plan over the weekend and I know my weight will suffer.
I have a week to wait before I can go fir a month without any social events.
It is tiring on plan for a few days then off. .. then on then off ect ect ect.
I have been in and out if the 14's so many times now !
I will be on plan for the next 3 days. Then off again for a long weekend. But a week on Wednesday I am going to try my hardest to get a proper month of exante under my hopefully decreasing belt ;)

Keep plodding on with it Harry. It will eventually go for good :D

Sorry I am here for quick update as I am really busy bee today.
Porridge and bar so far +1.5litre of water.
2.7mile jog and walk in 40mins.
Bird pooops on my hair today so I had to come home and wash my hair.
Really tired but going stronger.
I CAN DO IT I WILL DO IT.
