Ah man I can't cause of bad tummy.
5 visits to toilet since Morning still don't feel any better. TOTM is really bad this time. So painful. But I will go for a run when my daughter came back from school. Its easy with buddy. She is so supportive and always encourages me to do more.

Naah Marge I couldn't even walk by afternoon. It was like hell for me.SO painful. I took my dogs for a walk and I started crying with pain in park. Somehow I came home took two strong pain killers and then bed. I couldn't sleep properly but I have to go to work.
100% so far.3rd day in a row.
Today's weight check. 14s12/1.2
I am happy I just want this pain to go away.Since I had my surgery I suffer with this.....

Aww Harry, that pain is not so good.
I actually find I am better with TOTM pain when I do exercise.
Its a catch 22 situation eh ?
You don't exercise for the pain, but when you do exercise it helps !!

Finally I got my all answers I was so worried that why I stop losing weight.
Its because of this stupid TOTM.
Check my weight again after my toilet visit. its 14s 11/1.2
I was shocked then step up on scales three times again.
I don't know how can I lose 4lbs overnight. its impossible but I was suffering with constipation since last week.
since yesterday I went to toilet maybe 100 times. I like it because its Friday and I need this sort of motivation before weekend.arty0049:arty0048: I am so happy.

Pain wise I am still suffering tigs.
I can't even walk properly.
I hope it will ease by this evening.
Oh I am so happy to see scale finally start moving downwards.

I've gone through the menopause and am so glad I don't get totm anymore. However, weirdly I still know when I would've been due to start. I still get that massive craving when all I want to do is eat, once a month...preferably chocolate, cadburys!
