Morning ladies.
Weekend was hectic, we went to Wolverhampton. I had normal meal yesterday. Not feeling bad at all because it was only one off. I had to, cause my cousin sister throw a party at her new place. So it wouldn't look nice. She might thought I am not happy for her.
So here we go again. I know I am still in control and very positive.

Hi sorry sorry I was in pain and didn't feel like coming here. Bad bad Harry.
I am still in a zone though.
I had wine on Saturday, to ease my pain.

I must admit I am not doing 100%
I just can't do it for some reason.
I don't know where is my willpower gone.
absolutely disgusting.
I see anything eg carb, sweet junk then I want to eat it.
As you all know next Saturday we are flying to Goa. I am going with all these flabs. Yuk
Today's weight check 15s 4/1.4
I think I am going to swear on my life that I will not touch any carbs till next Friday. Lets see how much I loose in one week. Hopefully few pounds.
Started tummy tuck exercises yesterday and my stomach is sore Lol

Its our anniversary on Sunday but I promise you I will behave.
Food is not everything.
I ordered so many dresses size 16and all little tight from boobs.
So here I go.... please wish me luck and encourage me everyday. Love u all
 
If you promise to come on here everyday I promise to support you everyday. By cutting out carbs completely for one week you'll lose water but won't lose much fat. I'd suggest calorie counting till goa as you won't have the massive water gain when you eat normally? You can always cut carbs after and you'll prob find it easier afterwards as you won't be putting as much pressure on yourself xxx
