Hi all , only started yesterday and was on the SW app and it says 1.5 syns for the 11.5g sachet , it serves 4 but on SW app does the Syns mean the whole thing unless stated as I'd happily eat the made up jelly for 4 people on my own ( lol ) ???? Hope I've made sense x

I love those jellies, I have made the blackcurrant one and filled it with fresh blackcurrants, strawberries and red grapes. I served it with a Shape fat free yoghurt. It actually made 4 good sized portions and looked very impressive.

I put frozen berry fruits, jelly mixed with two shape yogurts - that makes 3 portions and is .5 syn for a portion - a real bargain!
