I think if you are sensible you could probably use your days points (but am new to this to someone else might have a better idea...) but if you want to have a treat then save a few up (and from a fellow birthday girl I think I'd go for a little treat)

could always have a mahoosive bowl of salad to start (but no croutons or bacon bits or blue cheese dressing:rolleyes:)

then probably the salmon, steak, or plain chicken with new potatoes or a jacket no sauce,

I think I vaguely remember reading in the eating out guide about the points values of some meals, some lovely person might have one to hand or it might even be on the WW website, but you probably have to pay to access that info.
