Hi everyone im due to start my tablets tomorrow only thing is that I read up on them and now am freaking about organ failure x x

Hi I have a diary on here, and since January 13th i have dropped 6 dress sizes i have gone from a size 24 to a 14 and have lost over 5 stone best thing i have ever done

I was on them for 2 years and developed gallstones - quite a common side effect, I believe, but to be fair they can be caused by any kind of weight loss. xx

If there was a risk of organ failure they'd hardly be so readily available I don't think. Gall stones, as Tracy has already pointed out, can be a side effect of any significant weight loss. They can also be a side effect of being a woman of a certain age (sorry) whether you have lost weight or not. As the doctors say "female, fair, fat and forty" are your risk factors! There are plenty of us here who are taking/have taken Xenical with no problems. Good luck!
