Done the Atkins Diet? I know this is a CD forum, but i'd like to find out more about it and dont know who else to ask. Ive looked on the low carb area of minimins but still have some questions, can anyone help me?
If you can please could you tell me that if during the induction stage do meat, fish, and poultry have a carb content or do they not get counted in your 20g a day? Therefore just counting the salad and veg?
