Green Day has anyone got a recpie for a stir fry sauce

Has anyone got a low sin or sin free stir fry sauce suitable for vegetarians or no of a nice low sin bought one xx

Chinese five spice and a bit of soy sauce is nice in a stir free and I think both are free too.

Yes they are free. This is what I do- just use these plus some chilli powder and its really nice and syn free!!!!

Along with the usual noodles, veg and meats I use lazy chilli, garlic and ginger and then add half a tsp sesame oil (1 syn) and a splash of soy to taste. Delicious and low syn.
